Similar to the Performance Program, The Combat Sports Program focuses on functional movement patterns and adds plyometric work that will sharpen quickness, aid striking ability, and improve grappling strength. With a structured deload week and taper phase built in, you’ll push your limits while ensuring optimal recovery and be fight ready after 9 weeks.
