Welcome to "Breakfast Alone" by Natalia Kállay, where culinary simplicity meets delicious creativity. This cookbook contains 13 recipes, designed to guide you through easy-to-make breakfast recipes that I have on repeat. I make breakfast mostly just for one, and I know how important it is to keep in mind what ingredients I already have at home, without eating the same meals on repeat. In this cookbook, I wanted to include some of my simplest, delicious, nourishing and healthy breakfasts, that also use mostly the same or similar ingredients without getting repetitive. You can also swap out and mix & match so many ingredients & recipes to keep your meals even more creative and varied!

These recipes are all vegetarian, easy to make, easy to adjust and time-friendly. Apart from that, they keep balance, health & hormones in mind; prioritizing brain function, fuel & energy for your day, taste and whole ingredients. I made sure to include key nutrients and health benefits with each recipe, so you can get a better idea of how our wonderful bodies function and what they need to feel and look their best.
