How will I receive the workbooks?

As soon as you order, you’ll receive an email or page with download links. The workbooks are digital PDFs, in a zip file, so you can read them on any device or print them if you prefer..

Do I need to be in therapy to use these?

Not at all. These workbooks are self-guided and suitable whether or not you’re currently in therapy. They’re written in a supportive, accessible way so you can work through them at your own pace, without seeing a therapist. If you feel in distress though, this may not be the right format for you, and it is much better to seek professional support.

How much time will it take?

You can dip in whenever you like, or create a weekly time slot, treat it like a therapy session for an hour or two to work through the journalling and exercises, it’s completely flexible, and you can return to them any time you like in the future.

Are these suitable if I’m going through a difficult time?

Yes. They are gentle, encouraging, and designed to support you through challenges. If you’re experiencing significant distress though, it is important to seek professional support.
