Hi I'm Isabelle! I'm a research psychologist, professional development consultant and accredited coach. Having worked in a scientific field for over 20 years (psychology, neuroscience and clinical research) and with two psychology degrees, I help businesses to bring evidence-based thinking to their coaching and training programmes, using techniques that are rooted in behavioural science.

I have extensive experience of designing and delivering training and coaching programmes to a range of groups including corporates, charities, small businesses, academics and solopreneurs.
