Fiber Magic II: Knots, Nornir, and Books of Stitches

Join me for the second installment of a two-part journey through one of the oldest, witchiest kinds of magic there is. 

In the first of these classes, I took a look at everything from the properties of wool and its relationship to the underworld to fate, valkyries, spun seiðr, and ways you can weave magic without a loom. 

This second class builds on the first, revisiting and deepening those ideas of fate while building practical knowledge. This class is knot magic and witches’ ladders, knitting and crochet, embroidery and charm writing. Everything from sigils in fiber, numbers and colors, materia, charm, and song to stitching your prayers and incorporating further layers of magic through ritual.
