Boundaries Workbook
It might not be colorful but it’s functional. All of my workbooks are printer friendly intentionally. You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to protect your peace.
This trauma-informed workbook gently guides you through the process of understanding, identifying, and embodying healthy boundaries — emotionally, physically, and energetically.
Designed with survivors of narcissistic abuse and people-pleasing patterns in mind, each session is an invitation to reconnect with your values, your voice, and your worth. Through thoughtful prompts, somatic reflections, and practical exercises, you’ll explore:
- What boundaries really are (and aren’t)
- How your childhood shaped your current patterns
- The guilt, fear, and discomfort that often arise
- How to start small and stay steady
- What to do when dealing with toxic or narcissistic people
- How to reparent yourself through boundary work
This workbook isn’t about building walls — it’s about building self-respect. It’s for anyone ready to stop abandoning themselves and start honoring the person they’re becoming.
You don’t have to earn your right to be respected.
You just have to remember: you are already worthy.
