Rental Application

Thank you for your interest in renting this property. This rental application is required for each adult (18 years or older) who will be residing in the home and allows the landlord to fairly and thoroughly evaluate prospective tenants. This is a privately owned rental.

The application collects standard information, including (but not limited to):

• Personal and contact information
• Rental history
• Employment and income verification
• Household details
• Pet and vehicle information
• Background and reference information

All applications are reviewed individually in compliance with Federal Fair Housing laws and Alabama state law.

Important Application Details

• A $40 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant.
• Payment of the application fee does not guarantee approval.
• Applications are reviewed only after all required information is received.
• The application is a fillable PDF on mobile devices and computers. Save it once completed.
