Shadow Dash allows a bright pop of colour to shine. The simple slipped stitch pattern makes for a straight forward knit. You might be wondering why it isn’t a repeating pattern. That’s because the dots and dashes reminded me of Morse code, see if you can find the word “knit”.

The Petite Pavement socks use a very simple knit and purl pattern but with 3 colours of yarn to create an interesting effect. The stitch pattern creates a charming “cobblestone” effect. Have fun combining colours and create your own “one-of-a-kind” version.

The Deft socks feature a simple twisted stitch pattern complemented by swathes of garter stitch, which balances enough pattern with simple stitches for a relaxing knit. Inspired by the Deft Mitt pattern from my book, Neat Knitting Techniques.

The Cembra socks are a simple yet elegant sock pattern. The chevron texture is inspired by the pine cone of the alpine pine tree, Pinus Cembra. The simple-to-work chevron on each sock is followed by a swathe of relaxing stocking stitch. The socks are mirror images of each other.
