🩵 Grace & Grind 6-Week Lock In Challenge

November 2 – December 13, 2026

Move with purpose. Fuel with intention. Grow in faith.

Are you ready to stop putting yourself last and start being intentional about your health?

Welcome to the Grace & Grind 6-Week Lock In Challenge—a six-week fitness, nutrition, consistency, and accountability experience designed to help you build healthier habits, strengthen your discipline, and show up for yourself.

This challenge is about more than a number on the scale. It is about learning to stay consistent, setting realistic goals, building confidence, and giving yourself grace while putting in the work.

You do not have to be perfect. You just have to be willing to commit, learn, and keep showing up. 🩵

✨ WHAT THE CHALLENGE INCLUDES

1. Nutrition accountability

Learn to be more intentional with your daily nutrition while working toward your personal goals.

Participants will be expected to:

Track daily food intake using MyFitnessPal or the approved tracking system.

Monitor daily calories and all three macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates, and fat.

Work toward the individualized nutrition goals established and approved before the challenge begins.

Submit food logs as required for daily accountability points.

Important: This is a habit-building and accountability challenge, not a promise of a specific amount of weight loss.

2. Movement and fitness consistency

Your movement goals should fit your current fitness level, experience, schedule, and personal goals.

Participants will:

Establish a realistic fitness or movement goal before the challenge begins.

Follow their agreed-upon workout or movement schedule.

Document completed movement using an approved form of proof, such as a photo, short video, or fitness-tracker/app screenshot.

Focus on consistency, safe effort, and progress rather than comparing their routine to someone else’s.

Your plan does not have to look like another participant’s plan. Someone scheduled for three workouts per week can earn points by following their own approved plan, just as someone scheduled for more sessions can.

Rest days count when honoring your approved plan means resting or recovering. You are not expected to work out every day.

3. Water-intake accountability

Hydration is another daily habit we will work on throughout the challenge.

Participants will:

Establish a realistic daily water goal appropriate for their needs.

Track and report their water intake.

Aim to meet their approved goal consistently.

Water needs differ from person to person. Your goal should be reasonable for you, not based on pressure to match someone else’s intake.

4. Daily accountability check-ins

Consistency starts with being honest about your effort.

Participants must complete their daily check-in and submit the required information by the daily deadline. Check-ins help you reflect on your habits, recognize progress, and stay accountable throughout the six weeks.

You do not need a perfect day to keep moving forward. Honest accountability is part of the process.

5. Faith, mindset, and encouragement

Grace & Grind is built on the belief that discipline and grace can work together.

Throughout the challenge, we will emphasize:

Showing yourself grace while remaining committed.

Building discipline through small, repeatable actions.

Staying encouraged when progress feels slow.

Remembering your purpose and celebrating non-scale victories.

The goal is to become more consistent, confident, and intentional in your journey.

6. Prizes and friendly competition

Participants will have an opportunity to earn points throughout the challenge. Eligible winners may receive a cash prize and Grace & Grind personal-training prizes.

The winner is determined by the published point system and tie-breaker rules—not by who loses the most weight.

Prize details: 1st place: $100 cash | 2nd place: 2 FREE personal training sessions with Coach P | 3rd place: 30% off the Grace and Grind shop

🏆 HOW THE POINT SYSTEM WORKS

There are six daily point categories:

Meeting your approved calorie goal.

Meeting your approved macro goals.

Meeting your approved water goal.

Completing your planned fitness or movement goal.

Honoring your approved recovery or rest goal.

Completing your daily accountability check-in.

Each category is worth 1 point per day.

Maximum per day: 6 points

Maximum per week: 42 points

Maximum over 42 days: 252 points

Points are awarded based on the rules and verification requirements. A category without the required documentation does not receive a verified point.

How winners are determined

The participant with the highest total verified points wins.

If participants tie, the tie-breakers are applied in this order:

1. Most weeks completed with all required daily check-ins.

2. Highest percentage of approved personal goals completed.

3. A split between the prize.

đź“‹ RULES AND EXPECTATIONS

To keep the challenge fair and consistent for everyone, all participants must follow these rules.

1. Personal goals must be established before the challenge.

Your individualized goals must be submitted and approved before the start date. Goals cannot be changed retroactively to gain points. If a legitimate change becomes necessary, contact the coach for review.

2. Submit documentation on time.

Daily check-ins and required documentation must be submitted by 11:59 PM that same day. Late submissions do not earn credit for the affected category for that day.

3. Food logs must be complete.

Food intake must be logged in MyFitnessPal or the approved tracking system. Logs must show calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat and must be shared through the designated tracking process.

4. Movement must be verifiable.

Use an approved photo, short video, or fitness-tracker/app screenshot to document movement when required. Follow the submission instructions provided before the challenge starts.

5. Report water intake honestly.

Water may be reported manually according to the challenge instructions. Be accurate and consistent with your reporting.

6. Follow your own approved plan.

Do not compare your workouts, calories, macros, water, or progress with another participant’s plan. Each person’s approved goals may be different.

7. Respect recovery and safety.

Do not push through pain or ignore an injury just to earn a point. Modify or stop activity when necessary, and seek appropriate medical guidance for concerning symptoms. Contact the coach if an injury, illness, or other circumstance affects your ability to follow your plan.

8. Be respectful and supportive.

Encourage other participants. No shaming, bullying, body comparisons, or negative comments about another person’s progress.

9. Keep accountability honest.

Falsified logs, misleading proof, or dishonest reporting undermine the fairness of the challenge and may result in disqualification after review.

10. Follow the official challenge communication.

Participants are responsible for reading the instructions, meeting submission deadlines, and asking questions when something is unclear.
