This is the current workout plan that I used thats helped me build muscle! This split consists of PUSH 1, POSTERIOR, PUSH 2, PULL, LEGS. This hits every muscle group twice in one week which will help make as much progress as possible. I recomend you take 2 rest days throughout the week (wednesday and Sunday) I use a specific training method that allows me to progress as much as possible by using a mix of heavy low volume traing with back-off high volume sets.
