Four weeks. Just for you.
A whole month where you don’t have to figure it all out on your own — I’ll be right there with you, helping you take small steps that actually fit into real life.
Over our time together, we’ll look at the little shifts that make the biggest difference. New habits form a place in your life after 21 days. I aim to go beyond that and ensure you finish the month feeling more confident, clear minded, healthier, more grounded in your decisions moving forward..
We will look into all areas, covering things like:
- Finding pockets of time for yourself without guilt
- Moving your body in a way that feels good (and doable with consistency)
- Making food choices that give you more energy (not more stress)
- Reconnecting with the “you” that sometimes gets lost in the chaos of family life
Each session builds on the last, so by the end of the month you’ll feel clearer, calmer, and more like yourself again, with changes you can actually stick to long term.
What’s included:
- 4 x 60-minute 1:1 calls (online via Zoom)
- Simple follow-up notes after each call so you don’t have to remember it all
- Support between calls (quick messages when you need a little encouragement or accountability)
