The file is an FBX that you can import into Unity by dragging and dropping into your project. There are PLENTY of tutorials online on how to make these into normal props for your avatar. Also as it states in my TOS you must have basic knowledge and how to do anything in Unity or Blender for any of my products That includes how to make an FBX into a prop for your avatar. Also after further investigation you will be banned from my shop, as you left incorrect checkout info.
