• Basic childbirth education and comfort measures.
• Emotional preparation for labor and delivery.
• Rebozo techniques, traditional belly and hip binding, swaddling prep, hip movements
• (1) Prenatal Massage
• In-person support during labor and delivery
• Up to 2 hours of immediate postpartum support

Phone/Email Support

• Access to ongoing support for questions or concerns during pregnancy.

Resource Packet

• Handouts on labor positions, coping techniques, and newborn basics.
