Crystal Prism Meditation

Here is a meditation for clearing yourself of overwhelming, racing thoughts that are impacting your ability to perform a task or start your day.

This meditation takes a nivritti approach to meditation (turning away from the world).

You may decide to listen to this meditation while holding a crystal of your choice in your hand and gently running it around your face and lips for an enhanced effect. My personal crystal choice: a Drilled Orthoceras Fossil for connecting with intuition, past lives, the ancient world, life force energy, and for encouraging transformation. Please practice safety if you choose to do this, some crystals, i.e. Malachite are toxic to the human skin.
