Gluten Free & Gluten/Dairy Free French Pastry Bundle

*My croissants, pain au chocolat & danish recipes are NOT dairy free. I'm still currently trying to make those work dairy free, and it is quite the challenge.*

*If you do not need to be dairy free, you can easily use regular dairy in equal measurement*

This gluten free & gluten/dairy free French pastry bundle includes recipes for my gluten free croissants, pain au chocolat & fruit danish as well as my gluten & dairy free eclairs and cream puffs. These recipes took several years to perfect!

These are quite possibly the best gluten free French pastries I've ever had. They taste traditional, are elegantly buttery and flaky, and will take you back to when you could eat normally. When you close your eyes while taking a bite, you can hear French cafe music playing.

The eclairs are full with smooth, creamy orange pastry cream and topped with dark chocolate. The whole pastry is just a mouthful of silky heaven. The cream puffs are simple, classy and full of Chantilly cream that's so light, airy and delicious. I'm so proud of this bundle, and I hope y'all love these recipe as much as I and my family do!
