Flood

I took this video and photo on 3/1/24. It had been raining the day before. The canal had overflowed. So some streets were flooded. But I was also told that a drain had been demolished and concreted over. There were people trying to unblock the drains. Some unable to get to work. This is Loughborough. Happy New Year.
