CIS FEATURES

• Labour / Materials dropdown on each line, qty × rate worked out for you

• CIS status: Registered (20%), Unregistered (30%) or Gross payment (0%)

• CIS deduction worked out on labour only – materials and VAT left out

• Net amount due = invoice total less CIS deduction

• Your UTR on the invoice, plus a CIS summary box for the contractor's records

VAT OPTIONS

• Not VAT registered, standard VAT (20% by default, editable), or domestic reverse charge with the HMRC wording shown

WHAT YOU NEED

• Microsoft Excel, or a free Google account (upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, then File › Save as Google Sheets)

• A PDF reader and printer for the blank version
