Three 60-minute sessions, one clear goal. One-to-one mentoring for professionals who work in English as a second language.
One goal. Three sessions. Real progress.
Some goals need more than one conversation. This package gives you three 60-minute, one-to-one sessions by video call, built around a single goal that matters to your career right now. For example:
- Preparing for a promotion or a new role
- Getting ready for a big presentation, pitch or negotiation
- Building a clear career plan for the next two years
How it works
- Session 1: we define your goal, look at where you are today and agree a plan.
- Session 2: we practise and refine: your presentation, your interview answers, your key messages or your plan.
- Session 3: we review your progress, prepare for the real moment and set your next steps.
Between sessions you put the work into practice, so each meeting builds on real experience. This is not an English course. It is mentoring focused on your confidence, your communication and your career, for professionals who work in English as a second language.

Who you'll work with
I'm Jamie Nuttall, founder of Infinite North Advisory. I've spent more than 15 years in commercial and business development roles across Europe, most of them in Brussels.
I started my career at the Center for Creative Leadership and Management Centre Europe (AMA Global), then worked at the Top Employers Institute in Amsterdam, the European Business Summit, FinTech Belgium, the European Petrochemical Association, Executive Global Network and the European DIGITAL SME Alliance, where I was Account Manager for Skillnet Ireland. Along the way I managed sales teams, reported to boards and CEOs, and worked every day with colleagues from dozens of countries.
In 2025 I took a six-month career sabbatical to travel and lay the foundations for what came next. During that time I saw a growing need for experienced, human-centred support that organisations and professionals could access flexibly, so in 2026 I launched Infinite North Advisory.
I know what it takes to present to senior stakeholders, negotiate across cultures and build a career in an international organisation, because I've done it. I also hold a Level 5 TEFL qualification, so I understand how language confidence is built. But every session is centred on your goals, not grammar.

What kind of goal can we work on?
Anything where confidence, communication or career direction matters: preparing for a promotion or new role, getting ready for an important presentation, pitch or negotiation, or building a career plan for the next two years. We agree the goal together in the first session.
How do I book the sessions?
After you pay, you will see a link to my calendar in your client area. Book your first session there, and we will schedule the next two together. All sessions take place online by video call.
How far apart are the sessions?
Usually one to three weeks apart, so you have time to put each step into practice. We will agree a rhythm that fits your deadline.
Is this the same as English lessons?
No. Your English is already good enough to do your job. Mentoring is about using it with confidence and making good career decisions. Every session is centred on your goals, not grammar.
Can my employer pay for mentoring?
Yes. Many firms fund mentoring from their learning and development budget. I can invoice your employer directly and offer team packages. Email jamie@infinitenorthadvisory.com and I will send a short proposal you can share with HR or L&D.
