This book contains two parts. The first edition contains the "Annual Report on the Judicial Review of Commercial Arbitration by the Supreme People's Court (2019)" first released by the Supreme People's Court. It reviews the development of judicial review of arbitration in China, reflects the overall picture of judicial review of arbitration in 2019, and looks forward to the future development of judicial review of arbitration trends. The lower part contains the judgment documents involved in the annual report and the reply of the Supreme People's Court, presenting a panoramic view of the trial process of arbitration judicial review cases and the trial thinking of the people's courts.
