Make me your Mediator

Let’s Work Together to Make Your Divorce or Parenting Plan Easier.

Mediation gives you the power to take control of your future — without the cost, stress, or unpredictability of going to court. As a licensed attorney with over 30 years of experience in family law, I help couples and co-parents reach peaceful agreements through clarity, compassion, and practical legal guidance.

Whether you're working on a marital settlement, custody arrangement, or prenuptial/postnuptial agreement, I’m here to guide the process so both parties feel heard, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions — instead of leaving everything up to a judge.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Book a mediation session with me, and let’s move forward — together.

What to Expect Before Your Session

Before beginning the mediation process, you’ll schedule a free consultation—up to 30 minutes—with Bonnie Canty, a licensed attorney and experienced mediator. This session helps determine whether mediation is appropriate for your situation, estimate how much time might be needed, and discuss key logistics like choosing virtual vs. in-person meetings and how payment will be handled. If mediation isn’t the best fit right now, Bonnie will help you assess whether legal advice or full representation might be more appropriate for your needs. This call ensures you're moving forward with clarity and the right support.
