Decadent and Vegan

The decadent recipes in this cookbook are so fancy but not difficult to make. The Mushroom Paté is so unique and I bet it'd be delicious on toasted bread. I love that there are low fat fancy food options in this book. The Focaccia and Herb-Braided Bread look beautiful! The Winter Kale and Apple Salad sounds refreshing. So many good picks!
