This DIY Package includes:

• The Venue (aka "The Clubhouse") - Sleeps 13 people max.

5 bedrooms (upstairs), bar area, 2 full baths (upstairs), 2 1/2 baths (downstairs). There is a patio overlooking the pond, as well as an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit and propane grill.

• 3 Cabins - Sleeps 11 people max.

Cabin #1 - sleeps 3-4 people. 1/2 bath, TV, kitchenette

Cabin #2 - sleeps 4 people. Full bath, TV, kitchenette, loft

Cabin #3 - sleeps 3 people. Full bath, TV, kitchenette

• 4 Tent Spots - Tents provided. Sleeps 8 people max. 2 people max per tent
• 4 RV Spots - Bring your own RV. 8 people max, 2 people max per RV spot

Basic Amenities for staying on the property:
