I use this on my iPad for my daily schedules, and the notion version for organising the rest of my life. The islamic side to this is what drew me in, I love that im constantly reminded of islamic quotes and prayer times every time I check my schedule or look down at my iPad. Highly recommend this planner to muslims building anything and trying to better their deen!

I’m at college and working on a side hustle at the same time, so I mainly bought this to get my life a bit more organised. I use it for deadlines, things I need to get done for college and planning what I’m working on for my business each week. The Islamic side is a nice reminder as well, especially when everything gets busy. Honestly just helps me feel like I have my head together.

Running a business means I constantly have about 100 things in my head at once. This has genuinely helped me slow down, work out what actually needs doing and plan my weeks properly. I also love the Islamic reminders throughout, they bring me back to my intentions and why I’m doing what I’m doing. And LOVE that it’s undated because I don’t feel guilty if I miss a week!

More than a planner. Take a look inside...

  • 99 Names of Allah

    Begin with who matters most.

Keep the 99 Names of Allah close as you plan, build and work towards your goals.

  • Daily Du’as

    Du’as for the everyday.

A dedicated collection of daily du’as to return to throughout your day, wherever business and life take you.

  • Everything in One Place

    Your planner, mapped out.

An interactive index gives you instant access to every section of your planner — simply tap and go.

  • Quarterly Goals

Turn the bigger vision into a plan.

Set clear goals for the next 90 days, define your priorities and focus your energy on what will actually move you forward.

  • Daily Planning

A calmer way to run your day.

Bring your schedule, priorities, prayer, gratitude and daily tasks onto one page — ending with a moment to reflect on what truly mattered.

  • Weekly Planning

    Start the week with intention.

Set your three biggest priorities, organise your business, marketing and personal tasks, track your targets and begin with your niyyah.

  • End of Week Review

    Progress needs reflection too.

Look back at what worked, what didn’t, where your time went and where you practised sabr — then take those lessons into the week ahead.

  • Monthly Calendar

    See the month ahead.

Map out important dates, launches, deadlines and commitments while setting the intention that will guide your month.

  • SMART Monthly Goals

    Make your goals actionable.

Turn what you want to achieve into specific, measurable goals with clear actions and targets for the month ahead.

  • End of Month Review

Reflect before you rush into the next month.

Review your progress, your numbers and what worked — alongside what brought barakah, what drained you and what Allah taught you.

You’re a few clicks away from running your business and life with more intention

We know what it’s like to have a million things running through your mind — marketing, revenue goals, admin, deadlines and everything in between.

That’s why we created The Ceo Planner, Interactive Digital Planner — one organised space to bring your business, your goals and your intentions together.

Plan with clarity: turn your bigger vision into quarterly goals, monthly priorities and focused weekly actions — so you know exactly what you’re working towards.

Build with intention: faith is woven throughout your planning with space for niyyah, gratitude, reflection and tawakkul — because barakah was never meant to be separate from the business.

Use it your way: completely undated, interactive and reusable, so you can start whenever you’re ready and build a planning routine that actually works for you.

Loved by Muslims building with intention.

I’ve bought so many planners and normally stop using them after a couple of weeks, but I actually look forward to sitting down with this one. It’s simple, really easy to use and helps me get everything out of my head and actually organised.
