A: I hold a BA degree in Exercise and Sports Science and I am currently completing a Masters In Dietetics & Nutrition at Edith Cowan University. As a qualified nutritionist, I specialise in sports nutrition with extensive experience working with athletes and active individuals.

A: Initial consultations typically last 60 minutes, with follow-up sessions being 30-45 minutes.


Q: Do I need to prepare anything before my consultation?

A: Yes I will send you my intake form to fill out so that I have a clear idea of your goals and training schedule.


Q: How quickly will I see results?

A: Results vary depending on individual goals and consistency. While some clients notice improvements in energy and performance within weeks, body composition changes typically take at least 8-12 weeks of consistent implementation.


Q: Do I need to take supplements?

A: Not necessarily. While supplements can be beneficial for some athletes, the focus is always first on optimising your nutrition through whole foods. Any supplement recommendations will be based on your specific needs and goals.
