Designed by a multi-certified USA weightling coach and personal trainer, each workout plan is carefully outlined specifically to help you achieve your goals of burning fat and building muscle, in order to gain more definition and strength in key areas of your body. The most important component of achieving your desired results is going to be consistency - results don't happen overnight!

You will notice that we have not included specific weights for any of the weighted exercises - This will be left to you to decide based on your level of comfortability on a given day. The weight you choose for each exercise should challenge you, but should not cause unneccesary strain on your body.

Each routine targets a wide range of muscle groups and common functional body movements.
