DOWNLOAD PREVIEW ABOVE

Gamma is the frequency of peak cognitive integration.

Your Solar Plexus Chakra and Crown Chakra knows 60.00 Hz. So does the element of Fire and Ether. Under the Full Moon and Waxing Gibbous, listened to during peak hours, 10am-2pm, this composition becomes something else entirely.

72-minute of human-composed gamma entrainment at 60.00 Hz · five interwoven layers: binaural · monaural · isochronic · heartbeat · breath. Heartbeat at 60 BPM. Breath synchronised. Through-composed, never looping.

Your resting heart rate is approximately 60 beats per minute. So is the heartbeat layer in this track. So is the breath layer. The music moves at 30 BPM - exactly half. Everything in this track is calibrated to the rhythm your body already knows.

There is a threshold in entrainment - a point at which the nervous system stops evaluating the input and begins to follow it. Single-layer tracks ask a lot of the listener to reach that threshold. Five layers lower the threshold considerably. You don’t have to work toward the state. The state comes toward you.

The sensory world of 60.00 Hz: Fire Agate · Clove · Intense storm · Steel · Rough stone.

Ancient Greek theory associated Mixolydian with passionate but controlled states. The emotional register of someone fully present in their work without being overwhelmed by it. This track uses the mode to place the listener in that register.
