Injection Mold CAD for Bead Curtain System
A production-ready injection mold design for manufacturing plastic beads using small-scale injection molding.
This is a CNC-machinable aluminum mold designed specifically for producing bead components used in a curtain system. The mold has been engineered, tested, and used to successfully produce hundreds of parts using recycled polypropylene and a small hand injection molding setup.
The entire workflow—from part design to mold engineering and real-world molding—has been validated through physical production, not just simulation.
The mold is designed to be directly manufacturable through CNC machining services such as JLC-style manufacturing providers or any standard CNC shop that accepts STEP files.
This is not a conceptual model. It is a tested tooling design intended for real manufacturing use.
