Vintage Lottery Dream Book Collection

Vintage Dream Books and Historical Dream Dictionary Collection

Long before state lotteries became official, players used “policy” dream books to connect dreams, words, and everyday events with numbers. Some also followed numbers drawn from stock market reports.

This collection includes five vintage dream books plus my new Historical Dream Dictionary compilation. The compilation brings historical dream meanings and their associated numbers into one alphabetical lookup, then adds number charts, dice methods, themed lists, and my own Royal Gold Dice Game chart.

Want to see which pairs your great-great-grandparents might have found after a memorable dream? Explore the original books, then use the compilation to look things up more easily.

Included in the collection:

• King Tut Dream Book Policy Player and Fortune Teller (1933), including La Chandra
• American Policy Player’s Dream Book (1892)
• Mother Shipton’s Gipsy Fortune Teller and Dream Book (1890)
• Egyptian Dream Book (1871)
• The Golden Wheel Dream Book and Fortune Teller (1862)
• Dream Dictionary - 2026 Expanded Edition (2026), compiled and expanded by Cynthia Renee Lindsey
