REFUNDS AREN'T AVAILABLE due to the nature of Digital Products being easily copied and users having access to them even after the refunds are issued.

ALL Chargebacks will be disputed and cannot be issued by the user for the following:

• Subjective disatisfaction with the product.
• Regreting the purchase.
• Product not functioning due to user's mishandling.
• Using the product on incompatible software.
• Discount codes used incorrectly.

If the Chargeback has no "Reason" included or the user does not reply to our disputes, it'll be condisered a fraud!

LICENSING

When purchasing a Hazeker model, the buyer is subjected on agreeing to our terms.

In addition, they are granted a "Monetized Content License":

WHAT IS ALLOWED

• Creation and distribution of digital end products (ie. Renders or Animations) shared to commercial and monetized social and content platform accounts (ie. Twitter, Patreon, etc) belonging to the Licensee.
• Creation of digital or physical (ie. prints, ports to other games) end products for PERSONAL enjoyment.

THE LICENSEE IS REQUIRED TO

• Credit the creators (Hazeker, Flammeseele and/or Sagarus) for all public uses unless otherwise stated.      

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED

• Creation and re-selling of value-add or derivative digital or physical end products made with the purchased asset and its components (Such as Rigging system, custom assets and texture files) by the Licensee.
• Distribution of deliverable file(s) "as-is" unless otherwise stated.
• Distribution of components integrated with the purchased asset and its components (Such as Rigging system, custom assets and texture files).
• Claiming credit, ownership, or copyright over the purchased asset and its components.

 Any violation to these terms will result in Blacklist, Blocking & Removing from Communities,

 and the TAKEDOWN of any public content that partakes on the violations.
