The mind-body connection is crucial for a human being to develop, especially in the modern world. Based on neuroscience, psychology, and psychosomatics, these diverse practices will suit both very beginners and experienced practitioners. Each day will start with a short scientific explanation followed by a meditation practice (slightly more difficult with each day), and a simple task to practice throughout the day. After the course finishes, you will be able to continue implementing the gained knowledge and use the tools to develop your skills even further.
