How It Works

1. Choose the dates you want

• Print only the cards for your contract – no need to use all 365.

2. Print your preferred format

• Send the A7 file to a print shop
• OR print the A4 sheets at home and trim along the guidelines

3. Display your cards

• Use a mini easel, clipboard, desk stand or wall grid, and rotate one card daily.

4. Optional: create a tear-off calendar

• Stack the printed A7 cards and glue-bind the top edge for a flip-style design.

5. Share with crew mates

• Leave a card on a crewmate’s workstation for a small morale boost during long days.

6. Use digitally

• Save the PNG cards on your phone for reminders, wallpapers, or Instagram stories.
