The Relationship Ended, The Bond Did Not.

Many people believe the work of healing begins and ends with leaving the narcissist.

It does not.

Because the narcissist was never the origin of the wound.

The wound existed before them.

The relationship simply activated something that was already waiting.

Something older.

Something deeper.

Something that remembers.

The Retrieval is a collective ceremony for those who sense that despite all the therapy, all the boundaries, all the understanding, and all the work, there is still a part of themselves that has not fully returned.

A part that remains suspended at the site of an original fracture.

A place of shock.

A place of horror.

A place where something precious was separated from the whole.

Many fractures have occurred since.

Many relationships have mirrored it.

Many people have carried the role of saviour, rescuer, authority, protector, guide, or handler.

But beneath them all lies a single unanswered event.

A single moment that continues to echo through the field.

This ceremony is devoted to that moment.

Not the latest fracture.

The first one.

Not the symptom.

The origin.

Together we will enter the field of remembrance, identify what remains bound to the original wound, and call home the aspects of self that never fully returned.

This is not a ceremony about the narcissist.

It is a ceremony about the self that was left behind.

The part that remained at the site of the fracture.

The part that carried the memory.

The part that carried the bond.

The part that carried the wound. The Retrieval is an invitation to return for what was lost.

To reclaim what never truly belonged to the fracture.

And to bring home the self that has been waiting there ever since.

Before The Ceremony...

Please complete the questions below with as much honesty and detail as you can. Focus less on the story itself and more on what you have witnessed within yourself—your patterns, emotions, reactions, and what continues to feel unresolved. Your responses will help identify what is calling to be reclaimed during our work together.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if The Retrieval is for me?

If you have left a narcissistic, controlling, or deeply destabilising relationship but still feel affected by it in ways you cannot fully explain, The Retrieval may be for you. Many participants have already done significant healing work and yet continue to notice recurring emotional, energetic, or behavioural patterns that seem to persist long after the relationship has ended.

How do I know if I am ready for this work?

The Retrieval is for women who are willing to look beyond the obvious explanation. You do not need to have all the answers, nor do you need to fully understand everything being explored. What matters is a willingness to remain curious, open-minded, and receptive to the possibility that there may be more to this pattern than the relationship itself. If you feel drawn to this work, if parts of it resonate even when you cannot explain why, and if you are willing to question long-held assumptions in service of a deeper understanding of yourself, you are likely ready for this journey.

What happens during the ceremony?

The ceremony includes collective guidance, a live retrieval process, frequency alignment work, integration support, and time for questions and reflection. The focus is not on analysing the relationship, but on reclaiming the aspects of self that may have become separated from the whole through the experience.

What if I am still in contact with the person?

Many participants remain in contact due to co-parenting, family relationships, work, or other ongoing circumstances. The Retrieval is designed for those who wish to reclaim themselves regardless of whether contact continues.

What if I become emotional during the session?

Strong emotions can sometimes arise when previously hidden aspects of ourselves come into awareness. You are encouraged to create a quiet, private space for the ceremony and to allow yourself time afterwards for rest, reflection, and integration.

Will there be support after the ceremony?

Yes. All participants will receive integration guidance following the session, along with 14 days of post-ceremony support to help stabilise and embody the shifts that occur.

Will a recording be available?

Yes. A recording will be provided to all registered participants. However, live attendance is strongly encouraged, as the ceremony is designed as a collective experience and participants often benefit from being present in the shared field.

I have already done years of healing work. Why do I still feel affected?

Many people arrive at The Retrieval after therapy, coaching, spiritual practice, energy work, and extensive personal development. The purpose of this ceremony is not to repeat the work you have already done. It is to explore whether there is a deeper layer still calling for attention, and whether a part of yourself remains waiting at the site of an original fracture.
