The $149 Team Package covers up to 5 individual athletes and includes:

5 different custom athlete designs — one personalized design for each player.
5 physical cards per athlete — giving you 25 finished trading cards total.
Each finished card measures the standard trading-card size.
Full-color, double-sided printing on premium cardstock.
Custom front design featuring the individual athlete.
Custom back design featuring the individual athlete's information.
Coordinated team colors and overall design style so all players' cards look like they belong to the same collection.
Professional cutting and finishing.
25 protective penny sleeves — one for every finished card.
Digital proof for approval before the physical cards are printed.
Individual customization using the information and photographs supplied for each athlete.
Information That Can Be Included

Depending on the selected design, each athlete's card may include their name, jersey number, position, team/school, hometown, graduating class, height, weight, player photo, short player spotlight, and other approved information.

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate information and clear, high-quality photographs for each athlete.

What $149 Means

$149 = Up to 5 Players × 5 Cards Each = 25 Total Physical Cards

This package does not mean an unlimited number of players or cards.

Teams with more than 5 athletes or customers who want more than 5 copies per athlete will receive a custom quote before additional work begins.

Optional Upgrades

Additional services can be added for an additional charge, including additional players, additional copies of each player's card, rigid top loaders, magnetic display cases, premium individual packaging, specialty cards, additional design concepts, and rush service when available.

Design & Production Time

The turnaround period begins after BSC has received all required photographs and player information for every athlete in the order.

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for design, proof approval, printing, cutting, finishing, and packaging.

The customer will receive a proof for review before printing. Production will not begin until the required designs have been approved.

Delays in submitting photographs, player information, or proof approval will extend the turnaround time.

Shipping

Shipping time is in addition to production time.

After the completed order ships, please allow approximately 3–7 business days for standard U.S. delivery, depending on destination and carrier.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Important Custom-Order Information

Because every team package is personalized, please carefully review all names, jersey numbers, positions, measurements, class years, and other information before approving your proofs.

Once a design has been approved and sent to production, changes may require an additional fee.

Personalized products are non-refundable after final design approval and production has begun, except in cases involving an error made by Brown Strategic Consultants.

Customer-supplied photographs and information should be submitted with permission for their use in creating the requested products.

Your personalized design can include the athlete’s name, jersey number, position, team/school, hometown, class year, height, weight, and other requested information. Physical packages feature professionally designed trading cards with full-color front and back designs.

What I Need From You

After purchasing, please provide a clear, high-quality photo of the athlete along with the athlete’s name, jersey number, position, team/school, hometown, class year, height and weight. You may also provide additional information you would like considered for the card.

Photo quality matters. Clear, well-lit, high-resolution photographs will produce the best results.

Design Turnaround Time

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your initial custom design proof after all required photos and information have been received.

You will have an opportunity to review your personalized design before physical cards are produced. Production begins after the final design is approved.

For physical card packages, please allow approximately 2–4 additional business days for printing, cutting, finishing and packaging after approval.

Shipping

Physical orders are estimated to ship within approximately 5–9 business days after final design approval.

Once shipped, please allow approximately 3–7 business days for standard U.S. delivery, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Please allow approximately 8–16 business days from final design approval to delivery. Holidays, weather, carrier delays and unusually large orders may affect delivery times.

Digital-only orders require no shipping and will be delivered electronically after the design is completed and approved.

Important Custom-Order Policy

Because each trading card is created specifically for your athlete, custom and personalized orders are non-refundable once design work has begun. Please carefully review names, numbers, measurements, statistics and other information submitted with your order.

Customer approval of the final proof confirms that the spelling, information and design are approved for production.
