TERMS OF USE – June DRIVE

By purchasing this June Drive, you agree to the following terms:

YOU CAN DO:

• Use all included files (clipart, PNGs, coloring pages, and other designs) for personal and commercial use
• Use designs for physical end products (shirts, mugs, prints, etc.)
• Use Clipart for your own finished digital products (must be combined with other elements and not sold as-is)
• If any outline Clipart in the drive- You can color and use with other elements to make your own designs. Outlined Clipart is not to be colored and sold as Clipart UNLESS You have purchased the Resell license stating that you can color and resell as your OWN Clipart. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT RESELLING THESE AS OUTLINES OR BY COLORING AND RESELLING THEM AS YOUR OWN CLIPART AND YOU DO NOT HAVE THE LICENSE STATING THAT YOU CAN YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP AND ANY OF MY DRIVES THAT YOU HAVE WITH NO REFUNDS!!!

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the files in their original or altered form
• Claim the designs as your own
• Upload files to any sharing site, drive, or marketplace for others to download
• Sell or give away the designs as standalone digital files (even if modified)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• This is a digital product — no physical items will be shipped
• Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final (no refunds or exchanges)
• You are responsible for knowing how to use these files (PNG, clipart, etc.)

COPYRIGHT:

All designs are created and owned by Moore Than A Mom Designs 

Purchase grants a license to use — not ownership of the designs.
