The Cornwall Hat is an easy reversible, double thickness, unisex hat, perfect for showing off variegated, self-striping or solid yarns. Written for 4ply yarn in three sizes, including notes to adjust it to any size. Make it fit snuggly, slouchy or with a fold-up brim.
Materials:
Manos del Uruguay Alegria (4ply; 75% superwash merino/25% polyamide; 405m/445yds per 100g skein). Shown in shade: Orquidea x 1 skein
Contrast fold up brim shown in shade: Cactus Flower & Thistle x 1 skein each
OR
Manos Del Uruguay Fino (4ply; 70% merino wool/30% silk; 450m/490yds per 100g skein) x 1 skein. Shown in shade: Mourning (dark grey)
3mm (UK 11/US 2-3) circular needles (40cm/16in long)
3mm (UK 11/US 2-3) double pointed needles (or use circular needle for magic loop)
