Inspired by the intricate spiraled texture of a thistle flower, Ursula is a three-season accessory that is simple enough for the beginning knitter to try their hand at while the more experienced knitter will enjoy the relaxing rhythm of creating the textured color changes.
Ursula is knit using two skeins of worsted weight yarn from Wool & Palette. I used the colors Eggplant and Pepita for the purple sample and Coffee and Coral for the brown sample. Working with this 3-ply, Marino/Rambouillet yarn was a joy! Wool & Pallet yarn is botanically dyed, non-super wash wool that gives you a crisp stitch definition that is still oh so soft. The color saturation that she achieves from these natural materials is simply stunning!
