Year Long Art Activities Seasonal Art Lessons Elements of Art Seasons Activities
This Year-Long ARTivity Book Bundle includes all 12 of my seasonal ARTivity workbooks, giving you structured, skill-based Elements of Art and Principles of Design lessons for every major season and holiday from back to school to June. Each ARTivity Book has 20 structured pages of skill-building art lessons.
It is made for elementary art teachers working with K to 5, classroom teachers integrating art, homeschool families, new art teachers building a curriculum, and art sub plans. Instead of searching for seasonal lessons every month, you can prep once a month and teach with consistent vocabulary, expectations and skill progression all year.

WHAT STUDENTS LEARN
Elements of Art lessons across the bundle cover color theory (primary, secondary and complementary), monochromatic value shading, line and Zen doodle patterns, texture using line, space using overlapping and depth, and shape and form. Principles of Design lessons cover movement, repetition, emphasis, symmetry, radial symmetry mandalas and grid drawing.
Interactive activities include Roll and Draw seasonal characters, Build-a-Landscape composition pages, Build-an-Artwork drawing prompts, Pick-a-Prompt creative challenges, and reflection and artist statement pages.
HOW TO USE IT
Print one ARTivity Book each month, use the pages as sketchbook glue-ins, teach one page per week, assign them as independent creative work, or use them for art centers, sub plans and homeschool. Students can work in colored pencils, markers, watercolor, tempera paint, oil pastels, soft pastels or crayons.
