Additional Information & Tips:

• when rigging the skirt to your avatar. make sure your skirt is parented to the right part of the body! the skirt does NOT rig to the HIPS; they rig to the upper leg. make sure after parenting, you go into edit mode and check that the skirt bones parented to the correct leg! you can do that in the relations section.
