Don't Grieve ALONE - Curly Crying
Don't Grieve alone - God Gotcha You
100 pages.
This journal along with a lot of Reading, Praying, Therapy and Crying got me thru to begin the healing process. The journal I start out with was only 20 pages and it was digital, so I decided to work thru the process of creating one.
I remembered someone telling me
Grief is too heavy, too powerful and greatly overwhelms our heart.
Like a raging storm that totally destroys your life in the blink of an eye.
It’s suffocating. Completely earth shattering. It catches your breath and threatens to take you under.
I want to encourage you to give yourself time. Time for the tears, Time to scream, Time to throw things, Time to be anger, Time to yell, But the heartbreak… it takes time to process it through.
And that’s okay.
Do not rush through it. Give yourself some grace and some time. But, don’t get stuck in it either.
Ask for help. Don’t isolate yourself. Let your loved ones surround you with love and support or a therapist to help you talk thru it.
Slowly healing will come. Every so slowly, but it comes.
Time doesn’t heal the emptiness, but healing comes as you take baby steps forward.
I pray these grief journaling scriptures and prompts help you during this hard time.
Remember GOD Gotcha YOU...
