This is the 36G February 2026 version of the Standard Sports Bra PDF Pattern.

It is drawn by hand :). I used hemisphere and dome mathematics to improve the fit of the cups.

It is a zip front-opening sports bra.

• If you cut the front pattern on fold, and use 30-40% heavy duty stretch fabric in the cups and use elastic for the waistband, it can be a pull on style sports bra too!

Included are three files

• The PDF pattern
• A Cutting checklist and
• Written Sewing Instructions Steps PDF.

Printing Instructions.

Do not "shrink to fit" or "shrink to page" so that the pattern is printed correctly.

Printer settings should say 100%, or Actual size or "Default" if you don't have the above scale settings.

Measure the Test squares provided on any page to confirm the printer has printed correctly.
