Grade 4 Lesson 9 Enrichment Workbook
Grade 4 Lesson 9 Enrichment Workbook
Set 3 • Stories 1 & 2
This Grade 4 enrichment workbook helps students engage with Lesson 9 through two connected stories: The Journey to ‘Akká and The Purest Branch.
Students explore the journey of Bahá’u’lláh and His companions to ‘Akká, the difficult conditions they faced, the experiences of the believers who followed them, and the story of Mírzá Mihdí, known as the Purest Branch. Activities encourage students to recall details from the stories, think about the experiences of the people involved, and make personal connections to themes such as courage, service, love, faith, gratitude, perseverance, and hope.
Activities include drawing prompts, writing activities, reflection questions, sequencing, multiple-choice activities, and opportunities for students to express and discuss their own ideas.
Designed for flexibility, pages may be used individually, in small groups, classrooms, homeschool settings, or Bahá’í children's classes.
