This document is for you! I struggled with my diet for YEARS, as I was trying to find what works best for my body and performance. Throughout my time in college wrestling, my performance struggled because I had very poor eating habits. No one taught me how to eat, when to eat, and what I should be eating.
After college, I began a journey of trying to find what works best for me to have energy, build muscle and sleep well at night. It has been years of fine-tuning and testing, but I feel that I now have enough knowledge to share about the topic, and how I stay lean year-round with plenty of energy.
