HOW PERSONALISATION WORKS

1. Purchase and download your two-page personalisation guide.
2. Follow the clickable Facebook link or scan the QR code.
3. Send us your order number, one clear photograph of your dog, their name and your chosen owner or family name.
4. We’ll personalise your organiser and arrange delivery of your finished PDF.

The guide includes a numbered example showing exactly where your photograph and names will appear. The remaining care pages and trackers are left blank for you to complete.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Immediately after purchase: a two-page instructions PDF explaining how to send your personalisation details.

Once personalised: your completed organiser PDF, containing 13 printable pages plus the Lots Of Love From Lottie front cover — 14 pages in total.

Lottie appears on the branded front cover; your own dog appears on the personalised inside cover. Listing images show examples.
