BDSM Dynamic Workbook

The BDSM Dynamic Workbook is a guide to help couples navigate the often-awkward conversations that come with starting a Dominant/submissive dynamic. This guide is designed to help each person ask questions that can sometimes be difficult to think of when first getting to know someone and exploring a BDSM dynamic.

It is meant to help initiate conversations, reflect on each person’s wants and needs, and determine compatibility. There is a section for each Dominant and submissive to fill out individually, allowing you to compare answers and discuss them together.

This is not meant to be an instruction manual, but an informative tool to help both parties get started in the right direction. At the end of the workbook, each person can decide whether they want to move forward or withdraw their consent. A Dynamic Agreement is also included at the end to help couples begin building the foundation of their dynamic, so they can get to the fun part after working through the logistics.
