This package is six 50 minute face to face Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Sessions conducted over Zoom. This is available to those who really want to go deep into their recovery journey and to learn as much about themselves as possible, how this happened and how to overcome the obstacles that materialized from Narcissistic Abuse.
During these sessions will work together to discover what your goals are, what is preventing you from accomplishing them and how to achieve them. All victims of Narcissistic abuse deal with different life issues depending on their personal experiences, and this package will give us time to take an indepth and personalized inventory of what is going on in your life. We will have time to really analyze what obstacles you are facing and customize a roadmap that will support you achieving your goals that works best for you. I will also be available to you in between our sessions via email in case an urgent situation arises.
I also will compile a follow up email to you after our first session that will include additional reasources and materials based on the specifics of your circumstances. This will include book recommendations, worksheet attachments that explain specific abuse tactics I feel you have been subjected to, among other things that I believe will help your healing journey.
You will also get a copy of my PDF that goes into detail about what Narcissists look for in a target, what personality traits you possess that make you vulnerable, how Narcissists operate and target victims and how to protect yourself in the future. You will also gain access to a private Facebook support group where you will meet other victims of Narcissistic Abuse.
