is a community initiative founded in 2022 by professional model Kimber London, bringing photographers and models together for safe, inclusive, and inspiring meetups. In just a short time, it’s connected hundreds of artists seeking creativity and connection.

Each three-hour event is guided by a trained facilitator to keep things professional, non-cliquey, and collaborative — everyone gets time to shoot with everyone. Participants sign agreements to protect image rights and conduct, with models maintaining autonomy and photographers committing to timely delivery.

With opportunities for publication submissions, social visibility, and a national creative network, Shots + Shots is more than a meetup — it’s a movement reshaping how artists connect and thrive.

HOW IT WORKS

• 3 Hours of Creative Flow → Each event runs for three hours, giving everyone plenty of time to connect, rotate, and shoot.
• Facilitated & Inclusive → A trained Shot Caller leads introductions (with names + pronouns), manages rotations, and keeps the vibe welcoming and professional.
• Everyone Shoots With Everyone → No cliques, no sitting out — the format ensures equal opportunities to collaborate.
• Professional Standards → All participants sign agreements before the event to protect image rights, conduct, and safety.
• Respect & Autonomy → Models have full autonomy over their images, while photographers retain rights to their work and commit to timely delivery.
• Beyond the Meetup → Participants can submit work for publications, gain social media features, and tap into a national creative network for ongoing growth.
