Strength is of the utmost importance for most athletes. Tennis requires athletes to be strong and robust while generating high levels of force throughout the match. This programme is designed to develop upper body and lower body strength in the right areas. It underpins all athletic movements and help protects against preventable injuries. 

This is a 8 week programme to be done 2-3 times a week in a non gym environment. Designed with the youth tennis athlete in mind.
