Antique English Advertising Ironstone Pot

Description

Antique English ironstone large 3.75" pot without lid. Has a lemon curd decal on one side (soak in water to remove). Some small flea bites, surface cracks and staining. No chips. These pots were dug out of landfills in England. Can you believe this is how people packaged medicines and food back in the 1800s! I'm not sure what this one held, possibly paste or potted meat.

Ideas: Use it as a soap dish, trinket or jewelry storage, flip upside down for a riser, and of course just display as is to pretty up a shelf. Add to your collection or start one today.

These are vintage pieces and are not perfect. I will note any marks or damage in my listings.
