Racine is a Certified Nursing Assistant who finds a job in a small-town nursing home with a toxic past. Patients are dying; few have mysteriously disappeared without a trace and no one knows why. After a patient’s death makes the press, family members of the residents start asking questions. Racine has some of her own after seeing how things are running inside the home and looks for answers for herself and the families.
