The Dream to Funded Executive Cohort is a six-session, 90-day experience designed for nonprofit leaders, ministry founders, and organizational teams who are serious about building sustainable funding infrastructure.

Running from May through July 2026, this cohort bridges the gap between learning and execution. Participants move beyond information into structured implementation with expert guidance and individualized support.

Over the course of three months, participants will:

• Participate in six structured executive sessions

• Engage with subject-matter experts, including financial professionals

• Receive one-on-one coaching and accountability

• Strengthen staff infrastructure and role clarity

• Review financial systems and compliance readiness

• Align programming with measurable outcomes

• Develop a comprehensive grant readiness and funding roadmap
